Job Analysis

The Foundation of Human Resource Management

There is nothing more important than ensuring you have accurate job descriptions and know the physical demands for the job. To begin with, it helps employers with job matching, skills assessment, and job performance measurement. A PDRWorks Job Analysis determines the essential functions and the physical demands associated with each job for ADAAA and EEOC compliant job descriptions.

Employers can use job analysis for process improvements, ergonomic changes, safety updates and transitional duty plans. They are also helpful in creating comprehensive safety and injury prevention programs. Additionally, job analyses are used to create Post-Offer/Pre-Employment (POPE) tests.

All job analyses are performed by trained, licensed therapists. Each job analyses generally require a minimum of 4 hours of observation, data collection, and video recording of the job tasks.
