PDRWorks is thrilled to announce our newest team member Natalie Patterson!
Natalie joined PDR in 2017 and currently works as an Occupational Therapist at the Burnsville PDR Clinics location. She holds a Master of Arts in Occupational Therapy from St. Catherine University, and a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. She is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and is very excited to be joining the PDRWorks team!
Describe your job at PDRWorks: My role as a PDRWorks Therapist is to provide one on one treatment for employees and participate in services for employers to help facilitate and support injury prevention. My job tasks include: OSHA First Aid Intervention, Ergonomic Screens, Job Analysis, Post Offer Testing, and Ergonomic Consultation.
What do you love about PDR? What is the best part of your job? I am a part of an amazing team at PDR, in both of my roles as a therapist for PDR Clinics and PDRWorks. The best part of my job is having the opportunity to provide high quality, comprehensive, and evidence-based treatment to support my patients’ and clients’ successful occupational performance and participation in meaningful daily functional and work tasks.
